The TPO provides a single point of contact for all placement and internship activities. We ensure a seamless, efficient, and professionally managed recruitment process for all visiting companies, primarily managed through our integrated platform.

Recruitment Process Overview (Managed via Placecom)

All engagement, from initial invitation to final offer roll-out, is streamlined using our custom-built placement software, Placecom.

1. Invitation & Job Posting: Company shares the job details (Job Announcement Form) with the TPO. The job is instantly published on the Placecom Recruiter Portal.

2. Shortlisting: Recruiters view verified student profiles and resumes directly on Placecom and shortlist candidates based on their criteria.

3. Scheduling: Interview and test dates (Pre-Placement Talk, Written Test, GD/PI) are coordinated and scheduled using the Placecom calendar system verified throught he placement office.

4. Process Execution: The company conducts the selection process on the allotted date in coordination with placement office.

5. Offer Management: Final results and offer letters are submitted to the TPO, verified, and officially released to the selected students.
