Refund Policy

Fee once paid is not refundable. In case , the fee transaction has been completed through the online payment gateway and the final printout of the admit card/form is not generated, the candidate may produce duly filled refund form available on link https://www.himtu.ac.in/pdf/Examination-Re-evaluation-Fee-Refund-Form.pdf indicating form number, transaction number and date, to Finance Officer, H.P. Technical University, Hamirpur either through email: [email protected] or by post. After the University is satisfied and payment received is confirmed, the application for refund will be accepted. Refund form will be accepted if it is submitted within a period of two months after the last date of filling the exam /re-evaluation form.
