Refund Policy

Fee once paid is not refundable. In case , the fee transaction has been completed through the online payment gateway and the final printout of the admit card/form is not generated, the candidate may produce duly filled refund form available on link indicating form number, transaction number and date, to Finance Officer, H.P. Technical University, Hamirpur either through email: or by post. After the University is satisfied and payment received is confirmed, the application for refund will be accepted. Refund form will be accepted if it is submitted within a period of two months after the last date of filling the exam /re-evaluation form.
